I got my first Cat in the Hat party request this week. I think she is going to do the buckets as favors. I am not a huge fan of Dr. Suess, but I enjoyed painting this guy!
I had to share this pic of the little butterballs!! The picture below was taken at two days, and this one was taken at two weeks. I had no idea how fast they would grow. Yes, we are one short. The little runt, Wilbur, didn't make it.
It's not easy being crayon royalty. The number one requirement is that you MUST put off housework, or all things domestic, and devote yourself fully to creating, painting, coloring, . . . It is not for the faint of heart, and I work very hard for my title each and every day! I am currently working on my queen status; my upstairs looks like a tornado barreled through Hobby Lobby.
I specialize in creating personalized gifts for children. I paint on anything that will sit still long enough. Right now, most of my time is spent working on handprint plates.
You did a great job on The Cat in the Hat! I'm not a Seuss fan, either.
